Punching pile driver is a pile foundation construction machine widely used in bridge, high-rise building and other engineering projects. Its structure includes organic frame, base, winch mechanism (motor, gearbox, drum, etc.), steel wire rope, hammer (also weighing bit), fixed pulley, clutch control handle, brake control handle, etc. one end of the above steel wire rope is fixed and wound on the drum, The other end is connected to the punch.
Its working principle is: use the winch mechanism to lift the punch with drilling edge connected to one end of the steel wire rope to a certain height through the steel wire rope wound on the drum, and then release it. Cut the soil layer and rock layer by the impact force of free falling. At the same time, protect the wall with mud to prevent the pile hole from collapsing. This process is repeated until the design hole depth is reached, and then discharge the broken slag into the hole, Finally, put down the reinforcement cage and pour concrete into the pile. The existing control mode of punching pile driver is mainly manual control.
During pile driving, the operator tightens the clutch control handle, and the drum rotates forward to drive the steel wire rope to lift the hammer. When it is raised to a certain height, loosen the clutch control handle, and the hammer drives the steel wire rope to fall freely under the action of gravity to impact the impact surface at the bottom of the pile hole to complete a pile driving operation. In actual operation, how to grasp the timing of loosening and tightening the clutch is the key to whether the piling process can be carried out normally: loosening the clutch too early will cause insufficient hammer lifting height, small impact force and slow piling progress; Nantong Mingwei pile machine - lay a good foundation and promote development.
If the clutch is loosened too late, the hammer lifting height will be too high and the impact force will be too large. When encountering the clay layer, the hammer will be easily stuck and can not be lifted (i.e. "sticking hammer" phenomenon). In addition, it will increase the damage of the steel wire rope and reduce the service life of the steel wire rope; Premature tensioning and clutch will cause the hammer to be forcibly pulled up before it falls to the bottom of the pile hole (i.e. "empty hammer" phenomenon). At the same time, it will cause strong vibration and displacement of the pile driver and damage to the steel wire rope, reduce the service life of the pile driver and steel wire rope, and cause deviation hole due to the displacement of the pile driver; If the tensioning and clutch is too late and the steel wire rope is too long, the punch may be skewed at the bottom of the pile hole, which is very easy to cause deviation of the hole and hammer clamping. In addition, if the rope is too loose, it is also easy to cause the steel wire rope jumping out of the fixed pulley, the drum rope disorderly, and the steel wire rope ejecting wounding people.
Therefore, the manually controlled punching pile driver has high requirements for the experience of operators, and it is difficult for novices to accurately grasp the accurate timing of hammer lifting and dropping.
